This collaboration merged Cognata’s advanced simulation capabilities with Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, providing a single environment to design, analyze, and optimize ADAS and autonomous vehicle systems.

It allowed engineers, for the first time, virtually place and configure sensors on realistic 3D vehicle models, then run coverage-driven tests across diverse conditions—from busy urban traffic to extreme weather—validating safety-critical software before any physical prototyping.

Data-driven insights at each step enabled rapid iteration, reduced costs, and faster time-to-market, ultimately delivering safer, more reliable vehicles.
